该系列设备采用饱和蒸汽作为灭菌介质，对衣物、敷料、器械、培养基及玻璃器皿等物品进行灭菌、干燥。该设备严 格按国家GMP标准要求，对灭菌全过程进行温度、压力在线检测和实时打印，整个灭菌过程可追溯。广泛用于医院供应室和手术室、制药厂、实验室、科研等单位对物品作消毒灭菌之用。

●主体由内外二层组成，内胆为优质304不锈钢，夹套采用 Q345R优质压力容器专用钢板， 自动焊接一次成形。全不锈钢拉 丝板装饰外罩。具有标准GMP验证接口， 方便用户随时进行设备验证。

●控制系统采用德国西门子PLC，触摸屏，微型打印机系统。控制 系统稳定，控制温度精确。并具有完善的数据记录，打印，保存。

●管路系统采用美国ASCO气动阀和纳西姆真空泵等最优化配置。

●可配备符合PIV、PV实验室要求的保压灭活和灭活罐灭活系统。

●设备程序包含B.D测试程序。

● The main body is composed of two inner and outer layers, the chamber is high-quality 304 stainless steel, and the jacket is made of Q345R high-quality pressure vessel special steel plate, which is automatically welded and formed once. All stainless steel wire-brushed panels trim the outer cover. With standard GMP authen- tication interface, it is convenient for users to verify equipment at any time.

● The control system adopts Germany Siemens PLC, touch screen, micro printer system. The control system is stable and the temperature is accurate. And it has perfect data recording, printing, saving.

● The piping system adopts the optimal configuration of ASCO pneumatic valve and Nassim vacuum pump.

● It can be equipped with pressure-maintaining inactivation and inactivation tank inactivation systems that meet the requirements of PIV and PV laboratories.

● Device program includes B.D test program.
