JR.KG系列快速冷却灭菌柜是全自动程序控制、全不锈钢双扉矩形压力蒸汽灭菌柜。全程温度、时间曲线自动描绘记 录，并具有FO值预设、显示和打印功能。该机采用PLC全程监控、设手控、自控两大操作系统，并附有标准 GMP 验证接 口。该机采用真空、高温快速灭菌及灭菌后快速冷却先进功能， 加上独特的反压保护措施， 能对各种耐温的散装、灌装、 瓶装和软包装物品进行可靠的灭菌操作。

JR.KG series rapid cooling sterilization cabinet is a fully automatic program control, stainless steel double leaf rectangular pressure steam sterilization cabinet. The whole temperature and time curve is automatically described and recorded, and has FO value preset, display and printing functions. The machine adopts PLC whole-process monitoring, manual control and automatic control two operating systems, and is equipped with standard GMP verification interface. The machine adopts the advanced functions of vacuum, high temperature rapid sterilization and rapid cooling after sterilization, coupled with unique anti-pressure protection measures, which can carry out reliable sterilization operation for various temperature-resistant bulk, filling, bottled and flexible packaging items.

●主体内胆为优质304不锈钢， 自动焊接一次成形。全不锈钢拉丝板装饰外罩。具有标准GMP验证接口，方便用户随时进 行设备验证。

●控制系统采用德国西门子PLC，触摸屏，微型打印机系统。控制系统稳定，控制温度精确。并具有完善的数据记录，打 印，保存。

●管路系统采用美国ASCO气动阀和纳西姆真空泵等最优化配置。

●效果极佳的快速冷却装置。

● The chamber of the main body is high quality 304 stainless steel, which is automatically welded and formed once. All stainless steel wire-brushed panels trim the outer cover. With standard GMP authentication interface, it is convenient for users to verify equipment at anytime.

● The control system adopts Germany Siemens PLC, touch screen, micro printer system. The control system is stable and the tempera- ture is accurate. And it has perfect data recording, printing, saving functions.

● The piping system adopts the optimal configuration of ASCO pneumatic valve and Nassim vacuum pump.
