适用于制药厂针剂安瓿、西林瓶、口服液等药用玻璃瓶的烘干灭菌，具有升温快、热分布均匀、结构紧凑、操作简单 等特点。整个系统采用PLC控制，具备工艺过程显示、数据及运行记录、故障显示等功能，达到升温、保温、排湿、排风 自动程序控制。

4.工作原理：将装满物料的烘盘、瓶子或小车放入箱内，启动PLC可编程序控制系统，内循环风机工作、加热、蝶阀 同时开启、干燥箱迅速升温。在内循环风机作用下， 于热空气通过耐高温高效过滤器进入箱体， 在微孔调节作用下形成一 个均匀分布空气向箱体内传递，干燥空气吸收瓶子(物料、物品)表面的水分，进入加热通道蒸发排出、干空气在风机作用 下定向循环流动， 水蒸汽排出。随着水蒸汽逐渐减少、同时间隙性补充新鲜过滤空气， 箱体内呈正压状态， 恒温结束， 过 程控制完毕。开启送风或(进水)强制冷却，自动蝶阀进入关闭状态，声光提示开门出瓶。

Working principle: Put the drying tray, bottle or car filled with materials into the box, start the PLC programmable control system, the internal circulation fan works, heating, butterfly valve opens at the same time, and the drying oven heats up rapidly. Under the action of the internal circulation fan, the hot air enters the box through the high temperature and high efficiency filter, and forms a uniform distribution of air to the box under the action of microhole regulation, the dry air absorbs the water on the surface of the bottle (materials, articles), evaporates into the heating channel, and the dry air flows in the directional circulation under the action of the fan, and the water steam is discharged. With the gradual reduction of water steam and the addition of fresh filtered air at the same time, the box is in a positive pressure state, the constant temperature is ended, and the process control is completed. Open the air supply or (water) forced cooling, automatic butterfly valve into the closed state, sound and light prompt the door out of the bottle.
